We are offering a small event space that can be rented for $500 on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday or $250 per weekday (Mon-Thurs) for small events.
The property has ample parking for your guests and a large fenced yard with a small fruit orchard and several quaint sitting areas outside. The interior of the building easily accommodates 15 seated guests and if you are using the outside space, you could host gatherings of up to 50.
Your guests will appreciate the onsite bathroom, the spacious grounds, and the small water feature.
Complimentary use of our tables & chairs for your event upon request.

Note: the venue offers heat and AC, a half bathroom, guest parking, and daily rentability: $250/day weekdays (Mon - Thurs) and Fri, Sat & Sun for $500/day.
