We are offering a small event space that can be rented for $500 on a Saturday or Sunday or $250 per weekday for small events.
The property has ample parking for your guests and a large fenced yard with a small fruit orchard and several quaint sitting areas outside. The interior of the building easily accommodates 9-12+ people and if you are using the outside space, you could host gatherings of up to 45-50+.
Your guests will appreciate the updated half bathroom, the spacious grounds, and the ambient water sounds from the three tiered fountain.
During spring the apple, pear, plum, and cherry trees are blooming and during the summer/fall your guests will enjoy the easy-to-pick, ripe fruit.

Note: the venue offers heat and AC, a half bathroom, guest parking, and hourly or daily rentability.
$75/hour or $250/day weekdays. Sat & Sun for Weddings $500/day.
